The content of the contract concluded between us – in addition to the provisions of the relevant binding legal regulations – is determined by these General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC). Prices
The prices displayed in the web store are always consumer, payable prices, which you have to pay at the time of purchase. The prices of the products are given in Hungarian forints. Prices of products are exempt from personal tax.
If a special price is introduced, the team of the Machine Embroidery Academy will fully inform you about this and the duration of the promotion on the website. This is also indicated by a small coral-colored flag with an “Action” inscription in the top corner of the product image.

Procedure in case of incorrect price
If there is an error or defect in the products or prices in the webshop, I reserve the right to make corrections. In this case, I will inform the customer of the new data immediately after recognizing or modifying the error. The buyer can then confirm the order once more or there is a possibility for either party to withdraw from the contract. With regard to the accuracy of the information on the website, the service provider excludes its liability in cases where there is obviously a number or spelling or similar circumstance (eg unrealistically low price, even in case of promotions, or USD price).
Our basic provisions

The range of products and services that can be purchased
The courses, products and goods displayed on my website can only be purchased online, there is no personal service. You can find out the features, characteristics and prices of the courses and products on the page belonging to the specific product. The products I buy on my site are only virtual, meaning downloadable products, so there is no home delivery fee. Prices are for one product, unless otherwise stated. There is no packing fee. Orders are processed on business days, the day after the order, between 9 am and 12 noon. The average time for fulfilling orders is 1-4 working days!
Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash!
On the website I indicated in detail the course, course, product names, descriptions, and a photo illustrating the products. I have indicated the titles of the lessons belonging to the courses. The images shown on the product data sheets may differ from the actual ones, in some cases as illustrations. You can access the course and course materials through an online student interface, for which you will receive login details (username and password) after purchase. You will receive the access password for the associated videos in the student interface.
You can download the downloadable product as a PDF document or ZIP file, you will receive its contact information as a link after completing the purchase. You can download them once, so keep them well after downloading!

In the machineembroideryacademy webshop you can view and browse without registration. You can buy products, courses, courses, embroidery patterns. You can add the product to the cart. Once the purchase is finalized, the system will automatically generate a customer account for you, and you will receive your username and password via email.

Put the product in the cart
You can add the desired product to the basket by clicking the ADD TO CART button. For embroidery patterns, the ADD TO CART button will only be active after selecting the file format, ie only then can you add it to the basket.
If you want to view the contents of the cart, click the Cart button. If you do not want to add more products to the cart, click the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button to start shopping.
The contents of the Cart can be freely modified until the order is finalized, products of your choice can be removed from the cart, new products can be added to the cart, and the desired product number can be changed.
If you want to see the product in the basket again, click on the product on the basket page.
As a user, you can always return to the previous phase before completing the ordering process, where you can correct the data you have entered. You have the option of adding or deleting additional products to your cart. You can continue shopping by clicking on the “Webshop” menu item. On the Cart page you can see the total price of the products in your cart, including VAT, and then at the bottom of the page the total amount of the Cart, where you can see both the Subtotal and the Amount. We accept no liability in any form for incorrect performance resulting from erroneous data. By entering your IDs, you can access and change your information at any time. However, the data on the issued invoice cannot be changed afterwards. Order finalization

Order processing
You will receive a letter to the e-mail address provided stating that your order has been received and that the order is “Pending”. Once the payment has been made, you will then receive the right to download the study materials. Or access to the course and coursework. I will indicate this in an email.
You have the opportunity to place your order at any time. The Seller will confirm your offer by e-mail no later than the working day following the submission of your offer. The contract is created when the confirmation email sent by the Seller becomes available to you in your mail system.
Payment methods
Payment through Barion wallet
In the case of credit card payments, online credit card payments are made through the Barion system. The credit card details will not be sent to the merchant, ie to us. The service provider Barion Payment Zrt is an institution supervised by the Magyar Nemzeti Bank, its license number: H-EN-I-1064/2013

Before making a payment, always make sure that you actually enter the credit card details or password required for payment on Barion’s secure server. Order processing and fulfillment
After paying by credit card, you will immediately receive access to the ordered products by e-mail.
You can download purchased online materials once for up to 30 days. That is, once you’ve downloaded it, you don’t know it afterwards, but if you can’t do it right that day, you can do it in as little as 1 week, or later, but for up to 30 calendar days.
Rights and obligations of the Service Provider
The Service Provider undertakes to provide the service advertised by it to the applicants at the highest level that it can provide. They are available in a closed student interface where students can ask questions. Facebook also provides the provider with a closed group of students for certain courses. the service provider has the right to decide which course is or is not associated with facebook group membership.
The instructor is available every weekday from 9 am to 5 pm in the closed student interface or in the Facebook group to help students, not on weekends, holidays and non-working hours, but you can also ask by e-mail or in the Facebook group during these periods, which is during working hours will be answered. Being an online course in any other way – by phone, Skype, personal FB message or in person – the instructor does not provide assistance. However, you can ask at any time during the above time.
The Service Provider is obliged to provide the course information provided by it in compliance with and in compliance with the legal environment and ethical norms.
The Service Provider is entitled to unilaterally change the topic, date and date of the announced courses – including the possibility of deleting the individual announced courses. The Service Provider is obliged to notify the Customer about the possible cancellation of the trainings or the change of the date at least three working days from the date of the event affected by the change.
The Service Provider is entitled to unilaterally amend these General Terms and Conditions in all cases where there is a change in its economic or service conditions or the textual environment (spelling, typing, contradiction, etc.) in the text of the contract requires it. It is obliged to notify all those currently affected of any changes to the contract. The GTC and any amendments thereto shall enter into force on the date indicated at the time of publication.
The Service Provider is entitled to hold promotions from time to time, which provide a discount from the list prices of the courses to the extent determined by it. It is obliged to provide information on the conditions of these actions and the range of beneficiaries on its website (www.machineembroideryacademy.com) during the duration of the action.
The Service Provider is also entitled to provide certain discounts only to the customers or customer groups specified by it, and is not obliged to provide information about these discounts on its website.
The Service Provider reserves the right to determine the current service fees and prices itself. Please always check the website for current prices and fees. All services are subject to the rates shown on the day of ordering.
Customer’s rights and obligations
The Client or the participant named by him / her (1 person) is entitled to participate in the paid course and is entitled to use the described services. The Client is entitled to use the information, experience and knowledge gained during the training for his own purposes. The prices of the courses announced on the website are for 1 person who can participate in the course or be a member of the student group.
The Client is obliged to make sure that the data and information provided by him at the time of application is correct, to report any changes in this before the start of the course, because I cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from incorrect data.
The Client or the participant named by him / her is obliged to behave in the online group of the course in such a way that he / she does not disturb the holding of the training or his / her teammates! Especially for unqualified tones or harassing manifestations that violate public taste and human dignity! In case of violation of this, the Service Provider is entitled to terminate the contract immediately, in an extraordinary manner, and to refuse the service!
It is the responsibility of the Clients to procure and maintain the technical and other materials necessary to complete the successful course. Participants must have a computer software and hardware background that will enable them to complete the course tasks.
Students must also have an Internet connection that allows for continuous communication. As the course organizer, I cannot be held responsible for the loss of materials that may result from electronic communication errors. Curriculum will be sent according to the curriculum at pre-arranged times. I will notify you of other times!
Copyrights
The Client undertakes not to use the information received as a study material in a way that is not related to the subject of the cooperation. The study materials are the copyright of the course organizer Zsuzsanna Maurer, an individual entrepreneur, their use requires the prior written consent of the authors in all cases. Sharing with others in any form – email, friends, friends, or any file sharing service – torrent, ncore, etc. is not allowed. sharing. The participant of the training acknowledges that in the event of such a violation, the Service Provider will take the matter to legal action with a claim for damages of HUF 4,000,000, ie HUF 4 million.
The entire content of the course and its website, Facebook page and group is protected by copyright, the content may be retransmitted in electronic or printed form only with the permission of Zsuzsanna Maurer. The materials and information shared there are for the course community, from there information, curriculum, aids, or information that can be related to the operation of the course cannot be published elsewhere, e.g. nor with screenshots.
The participant agrees to present the works completed in the course publicly by the Organizer, during their marketing activities e.g. It is used as an example on Facebook and does not make any financial claims against the Service Provider in this regard.
The Customer, as the Customer, acknowledges and does not object to the use of the information obtained by browsing the website only for private purposes. Customer, as a website visitor, acknowledges and does not dispute (unless you are notified by e-mail within 3 days of your visit) that the content of the website is the copyright and intellectual property of the website operator.
The operator of the website as the Rightsholder does not consent to the use, utilization, receipt, reproduction, distribution, public performance, adaptation or other use of the content for business purposes, in whole or in part, the implementation of which is subject to a fee. If the content of the Website or newsletters or courses or other materials and compilations is perceived in the same or similar form on the website of third parties, in printed form, in public lectures or in any other written or oral manner for business purposes without the permission of the website operator, we charge a penalty of HUF 35,000 per copied page per day. Illegal use is also evidenced by notarization, webmaster certification, and attorney screen capture in the event of a dispute. Notarial certification is a notarial deed.
In the absence of the authors’ consent and in the event of a dispute, the authors shall be deemed not to have given their consent to the disputed use in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Embroidery patterns that can be purchased on the website are also copyrighted. You will also find information on how to use them when downloading embroidery patterns in a PDF file.
The embroidery patterns that can be purchased on the gepihimzesakademia.hu website and downloaded after the purchase have been digitized by individual entrepreneur Zsuzsanna Maurer, thus the embroidery program (embroidery pattern) is the property of Zsuzsanna Maurer and is protected by copyright. Any use other than as licensed requires the prior written consent of the author.
The license covers the following, ie what you can use the embroidery patterns for:
- For personal use on an embroidery machine.
- You can use it on products made by you, which you can offer for sale at craft fairs and craft exhibitions. Alternatively, you can sell the product you made on which you have embroidered the pattern in an online store.
- You can use it on a product that you make as a gift or for charity.
It is FORBIDDEN to use the embroidery pattern (digital) file as follows:
- – To sell, gift, send, inherit, resell the embroidery pattern in any way.
- Sharing with others in any form – emailing to friends, acquaintances, sharing on a storage site, or any file sharing service – torrent, ncore, etc. is not allowed. sharing.
- Do not use our images, texts on your own website or on social media (eg Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), forums, messages. On any online or offline interface, you better take your own photo and use it.
- Do not use the sample on a machine that can be accessed and used by a third party.
- You can’t use it in mass production.
- It is forbidden to suggest that the embroidery pattern was made by you, you digitized it.
The buyer of the embroidery pattern acknowledges that in the event of such a violation, the Service Provider will take the matter to legal action with a claim for damages of HUF 600,000, ie six hundred thousand forints per embroidery pattern.
Right of withdrawal
A 45/2014. (II.26.) Of the Government on the detailed rules between the consumer and the business, the customer may withdraw from the contract without giving reasons within 15 (fifteen) calendar days. The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal from the day he received the goods. However, there are some exceptions, and online products are also covered by the products we offer: under Section 29 (1), the consumer may not exercise his right under Section 20 even in the following case: “m) non-material with regard to digital data content provided on a data carrier, if the undertaking has started the performance with the express prior consent of the consumer and the consumer has declared at the same time with that consent that he loses his right under § 20 after the start of the performance. “
“In the case of an off-premises and off-premises contract, the consumer shall have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within the time limit set out in paragraph 2. In the case of an off-premises and off-premises contract for the provision of a service, if performance begins after the declaration pursuant to Section 13 or Section 19 has been made, the consumer shall have the right to terminate without justification within the period specified in paragraph 2. . “

Warranty, guarantee

You, as the User, and I, as the Service Provider, stipulate the jurisdiction of the District Court of Kecskemét regarding possible legal disputes falling within the scope of these Regulations that cannot be settled by agreement within 30 (thirty) calendar days.
In connection with the settlement of cross-border online consumer disputes, we co-operate with the Budapest Conciliation Board, which has exclusive jurisdiction in Hungary.
The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform, set up by the European Commission, is used to resolve any disputes between online stores and online shoppers.
